If you choose to access your health insurance benefits:
I will verify your insurance benefits and inform you of them on your first visit.I encourage you to also call your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits so that you are fully aware of your responsibility. I will collect your copay/deductible and file all visits with your insurance provider.
