If you choose to access your health insurance benefits:

I will verify your insurance benefits and inform you of them on your first visit. I encourage you to also call your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits so that you are fully aware of your responsibility.
I will collect your copay/deductible and file all visits with your insurance provider.

Psychological Testing

I accept insurance for psychological evaluations! These fees would be for someone who is paying out of pocket or who has a high deductible insurance plan. Please don't hesitate to contact me and I can verify your insurance benefits before we schedule. Sometimes insurance says that patients owe a $15 copay, other times they have a higher deductible.

Age 3-5: $750

Age 6-13: $900

Age 14-21: $1200

Self pay rates without insurance

Based on my contracts with insurance companies, there is almost always a discount in these fees. I will be able to give you a specific estimate of costs on the first visit (or send me an email if you'd like to know what to expect to pay).
